Job Responsibilities
- Prepare and bake various items by measuring ingredients, mixing doughs, and monitoring baking to ensure quality.
- Oversee daily production and maintain accurate records to support production planning and efficiency.
- Inspect the quality of raw materials and ensure all baking equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
- Ensure all products meet the company's quality, consistency, and presentation standards while maintaining compliance with approved cost budgets and operational guidelines.
- Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by management from time to time.
Job Requirements
- Malaysian citizens only. Full-time, permanent position.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in the bakery industry.
- Salary package will be commensurate with qualifications, skills, and experience.
- Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Willing to work 6 days per week, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possess own transportation and be willing to travel within the Klang Valley.
