Phurewell Recruitment is hiring on behalf of our confidential client based in Petaling Jaya. We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accounts & Admin Executive to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Accounts
- Handle full set of accounts independently.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Perform bank reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and management accounts.
- Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers, and relevant authorities.
- Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with statutory requirements.
Administration
- Handle general administrative duties and office documentation.
- Maintain proper filing and record management.
- Prepare reports, letters, and business documents.
- Coordinate office administrative matters and support daily operations.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
- Able to handle full set of accounts independently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

- Bahasa Malaysia
- Mandarin (Preferred)
