We are looking for a Forwarding Executive to join our logistics team and play a key role in managing and coordinating export shipments. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth cargo movement by preparing necessary customs documentation, liaising with relevant authorities, and maintaining excellent communication with clients and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and process customs declarations for export shipments in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Ensure accurate HS code classification, and perform duty and tax calculations for each shipment.
• Monitor and ensure timely shipment closing and proactively follow up with customers to confirm the documents.
• Coordinate with customs runners, port authorities, shipping lines, and government agencies to ensure timely clearance and shipment release.
• Liaise with clients, and internal operations teams to facilitate efficient documentation handling.
• Handle clearance delays, inspections, and documentation issues.
• Standby duty may be required on a rotational basis, only in the event of urgent tasks outside regular office hours for SMK submission.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in freight forwarding or logistics (Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures and documentation.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and logistics software (e.g., Asolute).
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
