The Kasturi is a five-star low-density luxury resort in Cherating, Pahang. Situated on the northern tip of Chendor Beach with 800 metres of seafront, the 15-acre coastal forest site is designed to attract guests seeking a premium hospitality experience that connects to nature and environment.

Job Description:

• Handle all room reservation inquiries via telephone, email, online booking platforms, and walk-in guests.
• Process new reservations, modifications, cancellations, and special requests accurately.
• Ensure all reservation details are entered correctly into the Property Management System (PMS).
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries regarding room availability, rates, packages, and resort facilities.
• Coordinate with the Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales & Marketing, and other departments regarding guest arrivals and special arrangements.
• Verify reservation details and ensure payment or deposit requirements are fulfilled.
• Maintain updated knowledge of resort occupancy, amenities, promotions, and packages.
• Provide full administrative and sales support to the Resort & Marketing Manager.
• Maintain accurate and updated sales materials (brochures, fact sheets, sales kits).
• Assist in preparing quotations, contracts, and confirmations for clients.
• Manage social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) by posting content and responding to inquiries/messages.
• Monitor customer satisfaction and feedback to encourage repeat business.
• Perform any other reasonable tasks as assigned by the Resort & Marketing Manager.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
