Business Analyst / System Analyst

Location: Cyberjaya
Employment Type: Contract (5 months, extendable up to 12 months)
Project Duration: June 2026 – November 2026

About the Role

We are hiring a Business Analyst / System Analyst to support a system development project for a government-related initiative.

You will act as the bridge between business users and the development team, ensuring requirements are clearly understood, validated, and delivered correctly.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and understand System Design Specifications (SDS)
• Liaise with main contractor BA to clarify requirements
• Translate business and technical requirements into clear documentation
• Support developers with functional clarification and work instructions
• Prepare test scenarios and support SIT/UAT execution
• Manage defect tracking and resolution coordination
• Ensure requirements are properly implemented
• Assist in QA and testing activities across project lifecycle
• Support UI/UX review (Figma knowledge is an advantage)

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as Business Analyst / System Analyst or similar role
• Understanding of SDLC and system implementation processes
• Experience in writing functional and technical specifications
• Experience in SIT, UAT, and QA processes
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
• Figma experience is an added advantage
• Able to work in fast-paced project environments

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
