ROLE : Junior Event Coordinator

Company Description Limelight Creative Sdn Bhd specializes in brand development, strategic planning, marketing campaigns, and creative event ideation and execution.

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Event Coordinator role based in Damansara. The role supports the planning and execution of corporate events and marketing programs, including coordinating timelines, vendors, and logistics.

Daily tasks include assisting with client briefings, preparing proposals, managing event checklists, and ensuring all event elements are delivered according to brand and campaign objectives.

The role involves working with internal creative and marketing teams, monitoring event budgets, and providing on-the-ground support during event setup, live execution, and teardown.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Mandarin or cantonese speaking to work with supppliers and resource from China.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, especially in fast-paced event environments.
• Basic understanding of marketing, branding, and event concepts; interest in creative event ideation and execution.
• Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software).
• Relevant diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is an advantage.
• Previous internship or entry-level experience in events, marketing, or related fields will be beneficial.
