OPEN FOR FRESH GRADUATE ONLY
Job Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to management teams.
· Organize, compile, and update company personnel records and documentation.
· Manage and update company databases with various information, including outlets and productions.
· Respond to employees' inquiries and provide requested information.
· Handle telephone calls and provide necessary information.
· Assist in renew and updating company licenses (MBSP, SSM, etc.).
Job Requirements:
· Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and make timely, effective decisions.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
