Key Responsibilities

• Access Control: Check all visitor, vendor, vehicles entering or exiting the facility.
• Visitor Logging: Issue visitor passes and record strict log details in the registration book.
• Premises Patrolling: Conduct physical patrols across the factory footprint to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Surveillance Monitoring: Operate and monitor CCTV systems to identify unusual or suspicious activities.
• Incident Reporting: Record observations, occurrences, and complete daily incident reports for the management.
• Emergency Response: Respond immediately to distress calls, panic alarms, and site irregularities.
• Loss Prevention: Restrain trespassers and report internal policy violations or safety hazards.

Job Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2 years of safety and security experience, preferably within a factory or manufacturing environment.
• Credentials: Ex-policemen or retired armed forces personnel are highly preferred.
• Languages: Good communication skills in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Shifts: Willingness to work on a rotational shift schedule.
• Transport: Possess own transport to travel to the facility in Pulau Indah.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
