Work Duties

- Responsible for functional development, iterative optimization, and daily technical support of business systems to ensure stable system operation.

- Write high-quality code that is well-structured, scalable, and maintainable based on requirements and design documents.

- Collaborate closely with requirements analysts and other team members to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of project requirements.

- Respond promptly to user feedback, analyze issues encountered during system usage, and provide fixes and solutions.

- Provide technical support throughout the system's entire lifecycle, including anomaly monitoring, bottleneck analysis, optimization solution design, and implementation.

- To comply with the company Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures, and to participate in EHS programs and training as required.

Work Requirements

- Associate degree or higher in computer science or related field,

- with 4+ years of Java development experience. Proficient in Java programming language and familiar with object-oriented programming concepts.

- Mastery of mainstream frameworks like Spring Boot and MyBatis, including understanding of their underlying principles. Proficient in using Git for source code management.

- Expertise in Oracle relational databases, with fundamental SQL and stored procedure development/optimization skills.

- Familiarity with middleware technologies such as Redis and RabbitMQ.

- Capable of independently completing module design, development, and unit testing.

- Familiar with basic Linux system usage; familiarity with Docker, K8S, etc., is preferred.

- Familiar with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and possess basic front-end development capabilities.

- Proficient in mainstream frontend frameworks like Vue and Node.js development, with expertise in VueRouter and Vuex.

- Priority given to candidates with practical project experience in customizing and developing based on the RuoYi open-source framework.

- Demonstrate strong coding habits, awareness of coding standards, and documentation skills.

- Possess strong learning and communication abilities, with a team-oriented mindset and commitment to technical knowledge sharing.

- Able to work in Rawang, Selangor.
