We are seeking an Admin Assistant / Executive with strong organizational and digital skills to manage both administrative tasks and creative content production for our educational services. This role is essential in ensuring the effective administration of our classes, engaging with stakeholders, and enhancing our digital presence.
Responsibility
- Upload and manage links for live classes and recordings in the system.
- Communicate with parents to discuss student performances and address concerns.
- Ensure the smooth operation of classes, including troubleshooting technical issues.
- Prepare and send attendance reports and collect student testimonials.
- Execute marketing strategies, including promotional communications to parents and potential clients.
- Attend phone calls, provide detailed information on our packages, and close sales.
- Organize educational programs in collaboration with local schools.
- Shoot and edit videos for class sessions to create engaging social media content.
- Develop copywriting for social media posts and design basic graphics using Canva.
Benefits
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
