- Provide L2/L3 support for business-critical applications in a 24x7 operational environment, ensuring high availability, SLA compliance, and system stability.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents across Linux/Unix, Java/J2EE, Oracle Database, and WebLogic environments, performing root cause analysis (RCA) and implementing permanent corrective actions.
- Support application deployments, CI/CD pipelines, environment management, and operational readiness activities in collaboration with Development, Infrastructure, and Database teams.
- Design, develop, and implement Agentic AI solutions to automate IT operations, application support, and incident management processes.
- Build self-healing capabilities, automated runbooks, and intelligent workflows to proactively detect, diagnose, and remediate operational issues.
- Integrate AI agents with monitoring, alerting, observability, and ITSM platforms to improve operational efficiency and service reliability.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives through AI-driven automation, delivering measurable reductions in manual effort, incident volumes, resolution times, and overall operational overhead.
