Join Our Team as a Project Engineer!
Are you ready to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical innovation? We’re seeking a Project Engineer to join our Commercial team and drive technical solutions that secure business growth. About the Role
As a Project Engineer, you will be responsible for Project Management and Sales & Technical Support.

This role reports to the Technical Manager and is critical in supporting our company’s growth objectives.

What You’ll Do:

• Project Planning & Scheduling - Lead project kick-off meetings and develop detailed programmes (MS Project, or other Gantt-chart software) covering manpower, equipment, subcontractors, and critical path.
• Budget & Cost Control - Prepare and track project budgets; monitor actual vs. forecast; initiate cost-saving actions.
• Quality, Safety & Environmental Assurance - Prepare method statements and risk assessments; enforce QHSE plans on site; Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and toolbox talks; close out NCRs.
• Resource & Subcontractor Coordination - Schedule internal crews and specialist subs; ensure materials, plant, and consumables are available when required; Verify subcontractor compliance and performance.
• Stakeholder & Client Management - Act as single point of contact for the client’s site team; chair weekly progress meetings and issue minutes.
• Project Close-Out - Coordinate testing & commissioning, punch lists, as-built documentation, and final handover.
• Pre-Bid Site Assessments - Conduct initial site visits to gather technical data and constraints.
• Proposal & Tender Support - Contribute construction methodologies, schedules, and cost estimates; draft technical sections of bids.
• Client Presentations - Support BD team with technical presentations and value-engineering options.
• Market / Technical Insight - Relay field feedback on emerging techniques, equipment, and competitor approaches.

What We’re Looking For:

• Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• 3 - 5 years of experience in hands‑on project management experience in construction/structural works; exposure to technical sales or tendering is an advantage.
• Strong knowledge of civil/structural engineering and tender processes.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proactive, customer-focused, and a team player.
