• Perform quality inspections on raw materials, in-process production, and finished pipe products.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, and basic physical tests according to established procedures.
• Record inspection and testing results accurately and maintain quality records.
• Assist in identifying non-conforming products and support corrective and preventive actions.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and specifications.
• Support internal audits, customer audits, and quality management system requirements.
• Prepare quality reports and maintain documentation in an organized manner.
• Coordinate with production and warehouse teams regarding quality-related issues.
• Ensure measuring and testing equipment are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies at all times.
• Assist with other quality-related duties assigned by the QA Supervisor or QA Manager.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM, Certificate, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Quality Management, Manufacturing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in quality assurance, quality control, or manufacturing environment is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of inspection tools and measuring instruments (e.g., vernier caliper, measuring tape, gauges) is preferred.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
• Willing to work in a factory environment and perform shift work if required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
