Job Descriptions
- Receive and verify invoices in the system, ensuring correct item locations, prices, and quantities.
- Monitor and report any short-supplied or rejected items within the specified deadlines.
- Notify management when suppliers fail to turn up.
- Prepare invoice lists and attach the relevant purchase orders.
- File all documents in shared folders.
- Prepare inter-branch or location transfer documents.
- Process inter-branch receipts in the system.
- Issue invoices based on requests from the Material Planner.
- Maintain organized documentation through scanning and filing.
- Prepare and update attendance records for the Material Planner.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM1,900.00 per month
