F&B Operations Internship at myBurgerLab

As an Operations Intern, you’ll gain real, on-the-ground exposure across outlet operations, audits, reporting, inventory, events, and even project management. What You’ll Learn & Do

Operational Excellence

• Operate confidently across all kitchen and service stations while ensuring every product meets company quality standards.
• Maintain high levels of cleanliness by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils before, during, and after use.
• Carry out regular cleaning routines in both kitchen and dining areas.
• Follow all company and legal guidelines related to Health & Safety, fire safety, and food hygiene.
• Promptly report any hazards, accidents, or safety issues to the manager on duty.

Customer Service Mastery

• Serve customers with speed, friendliness, and professionalism, ensuring every meal is hot, accurate, and well-presented.
• Double-check all orders for accuracy and include requested condiments or add-ons.
• Keep the dining area clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
• Handle customer inquiries with a positive attitude or escalate them to the manager when needed.
• Be attentive and considerate toward all guests, including families, seniors, and those with special needs, to ensure a great experience for everyone.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by your supervisor or manager.
