We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Executive with strong experience in Building Information Modelling (BIM) and AutoCAD to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality BIM models and CAD drawings, ensuring coordination with engineering and architectural teams, and supporting project delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D Building Information Models (BIM) using Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Produce detailed 2D CAD drawings using AutoCAD according to project requirements.
• Interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings and translate them into accurate technical documentation.
• Conduct clash detection, coordination reviews, and update models based on consultant or client feedback.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely drawing deliverables.
• Prepare drawing sets for submission, tender, and construction stages, including shop drawings and as-built.
• Maintain drawing documentation, file management, and version control following company standards.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Participate in coordination meetings and provide technical support to the design and site teams.
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 1 years of experience in BIM modelling and CAD drafting.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, Navisworks, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong understanding of technical drawings and construction documents.
• Familiarity with local authority submission requirements and Malaysian construction practices is an advantage.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple deadlines.
• Knowledge of other tools (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, or BIM 360) is a bonus.
