Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in any field.
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin, Cantonese (as you may need to liaise with Mandarin or Cantonese speaking customers)
- Fresh graduates welcome. 1-2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position is an advantage.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
- Preferably Entry Level or Junior specialized in E-commerce or equivalent.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill in English, Mandarin, Cantonese.
- Excellent command of writing English.
- Good in teamwork, organizational skills and administration.
- Applicants should be Malaysian citizens and preferably based in Selangor.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Manage marketplaces including sales and account performance.
- Handle daily marketplace operation, include shipping, order processing, customer service.
- Answer basic customer services regarding sale, shipping and other questions.
- Assist with ad hoc tasks assigned by superior.
- Handle data and file processing.
- Good understanding in Excel.
- Understand how to priorities duties given and meet criterial deadlines.
