We are looking for talented individual as our Maintenance Specialist for our F&B outlets!

Below are the job description we are looking for;

Asset & Facility Maintenance

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance for outlet and central kitchen assets including chillers, ovens, exhaust systems, HVAC, and lighting.
• Maintain a maintenance log/reporting system to track asset health.

Reactive & Emergency Maintenance

• Attend to urgent breakdowns (electrical, plumbing, kitchen equipment, etc.) and perform basic troubleshooting on-site.
• Provide immediate response to power trips, leaks, blockages, and faulty equipment.

Minor Repair Works

• Replace faulty bulbs, switches, and wiring.
• Fix pipe leaks, clogged sinks, and water tank issues.
• Conduct minor carpentry or paint jobs when needed.

Coordination & Documentation

• Work closely with outlet managers and operations team to schedule visits and minimize business disruption.
• Record completed work, time taken, and parts used via maintenance sheets or mobile app (if applicable).
• Support vendors or contractors for major repair jobs or inspections.

Experience:

• Facilities maintenance: 1-2 years experienced (PREFERRED)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
