Proven experience managing and growing an eCommerce platform, preferably within a regional or multi-market environment.

Strong understanding of end-to-end eCommerce operations, including customer acquisition, promotions, pricing, platform management, and performance optimization.

Experience working with enterprise systems such as SAP Commerce Cloud, Salesforce, SAP, and Product Information Management systems is an advantage.

Experience managing budgets, sales forecasts, performance targets, and management reporting.

Proven ability to manage agency partnerships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience using website analytics and performance measurement tools, such as Google Analytics.

Hands-on experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.

Experience working with B2B brands, products, or industries is preferred.

Pay: RM2,605.64 - RM15,000.00 per month
