Job Scope – AgriTech Executive .

• Install, configure, and support IoT SmartCare systems .
• Conduct product demonstrations for robotic tractors, smart farming solutions, and electric agricultural machinery.
• Provide training and guidance to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment.
• Monitor IoT system performance and analyze operational data to improve farm productivity and efficiency.
• Perform troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to hardware, software, and connected devices.
• Carry out routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and servicing of agricultural equipment.
• Visit customer sites to assess operational needs and recommend suitable technology solutions.
• Prepare service reports, project updates, and customer feedback documentation.
• Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to ensure successful project implementation.
• Support installation, commissioning, and testing of new equipment and systems.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in IoT, automation, robotics, and smart agriculture technologies.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards when operating machinery and equipment.
• Provide after-sales support and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Assist in field trials, pilot projects, and technology evaluations.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Agriculture, Engineering, Mechatronics, Electronics, IoT, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of IoT systems, automation, robotics, or agricultural machinery is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willing to travel and conduct field visits when required.
• Possess a valid driving license.

Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
