Job Description:

• Keep systems up-to-date through operating systems upgrades
• Develop and maintain an inventory of all monitors, keyboards, hard drives, modems, printers, scanners, and other peripheral equipment.
• Monitor and test PC performance and provide PC performance statistics and reports.
• Provide technical support either by phone, remote access or site visits as needed
• Respond to IT issues; hardware maintenance, software, networking, CCTV, Door access, Photocopier Machine, etc.
• Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
• Providing support to users and being the first point of contact for error reporting.

Requirements:

• High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor's degree/Diploma in computer science, information systems or related field preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve multiple issues
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable in a diverse and fast-paced environment
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Working technical knowledge of network, PC hardware, operating system, basic web design, include Adobe Photoshop & Adobe illustrator.
• Up-to-date knowledge of new systems, information, software, and upgrades
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to RM800.00 per month
