Position: Multimedia & Content
Reporting to: Head of Brand Marketing
Type: Internship
Working Arrangement: Onsite | Standard Office Hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing written and multimedia content for branding, recruitment and internal communication initiatives
• Support planning and scheduling of content calendars across departments.
• Conduct research on industry trends to support content direction and campaign relevance.
• Assist in scripting and preparing content for videos, campaigns and internal storytelling.
• Support cross-functional content needs from HR, Operations and Marketing teams.
• Contribute to recruitment marketing content in collaboration with Talent Acquisition.
• Help maintain structured and consistent content pipelines for ongoing campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations or related field
• Create graphics, social media posts, and simple video content using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Assist in editing videos, reels, and short-form content for digital channels.
• Ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams and departments
• Strong written communication skills in English (clear, structured and engaging writing)
• Internship duration must be a minimum of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred).
• Must complete the internship before the end of their academic programme.
