Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and optimize comprehensive project schedules using industry-standard tools such as Microsoft Project or Primavera P6.
- Monitor project progress against approved baselines, identify potential risks, and implement timely corrective actions to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, Engineers, subcontractors, and cross-functional teams to drive effective project execution.
- Prepare and present detailed progress reports, performance updates, forecasts, and schedule analysis to project leadership.
- Continuously improve planning and scheduling processes by implementing industry best practices to enhance project efficiency and productivity.
- Support tender submissions and project proposals through the preparation of project timelines, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Monitor project budgets, cost performance, and resource utilization to support effective project cost control.
- Develop and manage project resource plans, including manpower, equipment, cost allocation, activity sequencing, and work prioritization.
- Implement project work schedules and establish tracking systems to monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress through detailed reports, progress measurement tools, and schedule performance charts.
- Conduct delay analysis, impact assessments, and Extension of Time (EOT) evaluations to determine schedule implications against the approved baseline.
- Identify project risks and delays, develop mitigation strategies, and prepare recovery schedules to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Qualifications
- Possess Degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management or its equivalent.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience as Project Planner or similar role in construction industry.
- Excellent working knowledge of project management methodologies, planning software (e.g. Microsoft Project, Primavera), and construction scheduling techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve scheduling challenges.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting construction drawings, specifications, and other technical documents.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
