Your Role

We are hiring Two (2) vacancies for Sales Engineers—one for the local market and one for export markets—to promote our thermal insulation solutions across various industries.

The roles focus on driving sales growth, building customer relationships, and expanding market presence in their respective regions.

• Local Sales Responsibilities
• Attend, service, and promote products to project owners, developers, architects, M&E engineers, consultants, and government bodies
• Engage customers through meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to build brand awareness
• Conduct site visits and provide technical support to clients
• Build and maintain strong relationships by understanding client needs and proposing suitable solutions
• Work closely with internal teams on proposal preparation and project execution
• Export Sales Responsibilities
• Develop and expand international markets and distribution networks
• Manage overseas clients, distributors, and partners
• Identify new business opportunities and drive export sales growth
• Coordinate with internal teams on export documentation, pricing, and logistics
• Travel overseas when required to support business development and client engagement

What We’re Looking For

· Minimum Diploma in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or related field

· At least 2 years of sales experience (B2B preferred)

· Experience in HVAC, construction, building materials, or rubber industry is an added advantage

· Knowledge of thermal insulation, rubber products, or HVAC systems will be a strong plus

· Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia

· Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

· Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines

· Willingness to travel locally and/or internationally

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
