Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first level technical support to end users for GSS and JOGET system.
- Ensuring the maintenance of server and system with focus on security, reliability, stability and optimization.
- Install and configure pc such as Windows, MS Office, Antivirus and other applications.
- Maintaining networking infrastructure.
- Maintaining IT peripherals like pc, projectors, printers and scanners.
- To ensure backup is done properly.
- Liaise and coordinate with vendors.
Job Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma in Computer Science/Information technology or equivalent.
- Work under minimum supervision and has a sense of urgency in responding to technicalsupport.
- Must have good communication skills to convey the rationale of an entire systemenhancement to improve our business operations and to deliver a solution from ourvendors.
- Good knowledge of computer hardware, computer troubleshooting, fundamentals innetworking such as LAN, WAN & Security
- Applies basic diagnostic techniques to identify problems, investigate causes and recommend solutions to correct common failures.
- Responsible for providing the first line of telephone technical support of hardware, Operating Systems, sub-systems and/or applications for employees.

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
