Job Title: eCommerce Manager (B2B Digital Commerce)
Location: Kuala Lumpur

Job Summary

Responsible for managing and growing regional B2B eCommerce platforms by improving customer experience, platform performance, product assortment, and digital sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end eCommerce platform operations and growth strategy.
• Own product catalog, pricing, promotions, and customer journey optimization.
• Work with Product Owners, Business Analysts, IT, and developers on platform enhancements.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention initiatives.
• Manage large product catalogs/SKU platforms and ensure content accuracy.
• Analyze performance data and create insights using dashboards/reporting tools.
• Collaborate with sales teams across markets to onboard customers.
• Manage agencies, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Support continuous platform improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years experience in eCommerce, digital commerce, or digital product management.
• Strong B2B eCommerce/platform management experience preferred.
• Experience with marketplaces, enterprise platforms, or large SKU environments.
• Knowledge of SAP, Salesforce, PIM, or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Power BI, or data visualization tools.
• Strong stakeholder management and project management skills.
• Analytical, proactive, and commercially driven mindset.
