Responsibility

Operations & Logistics

1.Overseeing end-to-end operations (receiving, storage, picking, packing, dispatch). Managing inventory control and space utilization.

2. Coordinating logistics with transport partners for efficient delivery.

Team Leadership

1.Recruiting, training, and supervising staff. Managing schedules, performance, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Inventory & Systems

1.Ensuring inventory accuracy via cycle counts and audits. Leveraging Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and implementing technology improvements.

Safety & Compliance

1.Enforcing health and safety standards and ensuring legal compliance. Maintaining security procedures and safe equipment use.

Strategy & Continuous Improvement

1.Developing operational policies and procedures. Optimizing layouts and workflows. Monitoring KPIs and implementing process improvements.

Requirements:

• Experience: 3 to 8+ years of warehouse or logistics experience, with a minimum of 2-3 years in a managerial role.
• Education: A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field is often preferred.
• Skills: Strong leadership, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency with WMS and data analysis is essential

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM8,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
