Set a clear target to ensure production can follow the plan accordingly.
Coordinating production operations in accordance with the available resources (material, labour, and equipment).
Responsible for planning, releasing, monitoring, scheduling, updating and closure of assigned work orders.
Promptly addressing and resolving production issues to minimize delays in production.
Promptly informing the relevant departments of changes to current production schedules.
Keeping track of production volume to make sure the right number of products and manufacturing materials is always available.
Understand and manage risks to minimize impact on production schedule
Update the work progress and liaise with the technician, engineer, storekeeper, and other relevant parties including follow-ups with necessary drawings from Technical team
Track and report progress against the schedule and continuously monitor risk
Compiling status and performance reports and submitting them to management in a timely manner.
Update team and management on the progress of project and plans on incoming projects
Qualification:
Possess a Diploma, Degree, or Postgraduate qualification in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering or related engineering field and/or Operation/ Project Execution
Have at least 2 years working experience in related field
Proven working experience in project planning, project execution, or equivalent which include documentation and customer service
