Key Responsibilities:

Logistics Operations & System Support

• Support daily logistics operations and warehouse management system (WMS/ERP) activities.
• Ensure logistics processes are executed according to established procedures, standards, and KPIs.
• Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Train and qualify logistics personnel to ensure competency and operational readiness.
• Support continuous development of logistics capabilities and best practices.

Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement

• Investigate daily operational issues and conduct root cause analysis.
• Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
• Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
• Coordinate material flow activities to support uninterrupted production operations.
• Act as a key contact point for logistics process improvements and operational support.

Warehouse Optimization & Inventory Management

• Lead warehouse improvement projects focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.
• Support cycle counting activities and drive inventory accuracy initiatives.
• Analyze warehouse layouts and propose storage location optimization plans.
• Monitor inventory performance and recommend improvements to material handling processes.

Teamwork & Performance Excellence

• Support achievement of departmental KPIs and operational targets.
• Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall logistics performance

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
• Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
• Knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
