Key Responsibilities:
Logistics Operations & System Support
- Support daily logistics operations and warehouse management system (WMS/ERP) activities.
- Ensure logistics processes are executed according to established procedures, standards, and KPIs.
- Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Train and qualify logistics personnel to ensure competency and operational readiness.
- Support continuous development of logistics capabilities and best practices.
Problem Solving & Continuous Improvement
- Investigate daily operational issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Develop, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Support implementation of Lean Manufacturing and operational excellence projects.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Purchasing, Quality, and Engineering teams to resolve logistics-related issues.
- Coordinate material flow activities to support uninterrupted production operations.
- Act as a key contact point for logistics process improvements and operational support.
Warehouse Optimization & Inventory Management
- Lead warehouse improvement projects focused on process optimization and operational efficiency.
- Support cycle counting activities and drive inventory accuracy initiatives.
- Analyze warehouse layouts and propose storage location optimization plans.
- Monitor inventory performance and recommend improvements to material handling processes.
Teamwork & Performance Excellence
- Support achievement of departmental KPIs and operational targets.
- Promote a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance overall logistics performance
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or related disciplines.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, supply chain, or manufacturing environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills.
- Experience with ERP/WMS systems (SAP experience is an advantage).
- Knowledge of inventory management, cycle counting, and warehouse processes.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, or Continuous Improvement methodologies is preferred.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Able to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
