岗位职责

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in HRIS data entry, updates, and maintenance to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Support deliverables such as data migration, organization chart updates, group directory maintenance, and resignee email clean-up.
  • Help manage day-to-day HRIS operations and provide first-line support for system-related queries.
  • Coordinate with HR team members to resolve basic system issues and escalate complex matters when required.
  • Conduct routine checks and audits to ensure data accuracy and compliance with PDPA and internal HR policies.
  • Identify and report discrepancies in employee records for timely correction.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security across all HRIS transactions and reports.
  • Assist in P-file digitization and ensure proper naming, filing, and alignment with employee records.
  • Support in maintaining organized and accessible digital HR documentation.
  • Ensure all records and files are up-to-date, traceable, and aligned with HRIS data.
  • Provide basic guidance to employees and managers on HRIS self-service functions (e.g., leave application, personal data updates).
  • Assist in preparing user guides, FAQs, and reference materials to support user adoption.
  • Collect user feedback for continuous improvement of system usability.
  • Assist in generating standard HR reports and dashboards under supervision.
  • Support data extraction and basic analysis for HR metrics and KPIs.
  • Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of recurring reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in HR administrative support or data management (fresh graduates encouraged to apply).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (PivotTable, VLOOKUP).
  • Basic understanding of HRIS platforms and HR processes.
  • Familiar with document management and digital filing systems.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Strong data accuracy and confidentiality awareness.
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
