We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily administrative and recruitment tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities (screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
- Maintain and update employee records and HR documents
- Support onboarding process for new hires
- Assist in preparing reports and HR-related documentation
- Handle basic administrative tasks (filing, data entry, etc.)
- Support HR team in day-to-day operations
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
- Willing to learn and proactive
Duration:
- Minimum [3–6 months] internship
Job Types: Contract, Temporary
Pay: RM300.00 - RM700.00 per month
