Full-time

• To drive the employer/others as company driver.
• Responsible to take care of the company car and maintain the cleanliness of the car at all times.
• To monitor and ensure the company car is send to the scheduled maintenance and services.
• Responsible for passengers' safety and adhere to traffic laws at all times.
• Always alert, in clear mind condition and refrain from alcohol influence while on duty.
• Confidentiality of employer/ client affairs must be maintained at all times.
• Keep track on validity of vehicle's road tax, insurance, parking coupon etc.
• To take ad hoc instructions / assignments from bosses/company’s management.
• Non-smoker is preferably;
• Punctuality must be practised.
• Must be able to be contacted at any time, also present at all places punctually all the time during working hours and on stand-by time slot as designated.
• Ensure the safety and security of passengers and the vehicle, upholding strict confidentiality.
• Utilize Google Maps and WAZE to determine optimal travel times and routes.
• Keep assigned vehicles clean, tidy, and in excellent condition.
• Monitor and replenish oil, petrol, water, and tires as needed for assigned vehicles.
• Drive safely, adhering to speed limits and following provided instructions for destinations.
• Deliver documents to external offices or locations as necessary.
• Keep track of vehicle maintenance and insurance renewal schedules.
• Maintain a travel log to record working hours.
• Strictly adhere to the company's rules, policies, directives, and instructions.
• Follow all traffic rules and regulations, including speed limits set by the Road Transport Department.

• Monday to Friday
• On call

Requirements:

• Must possess valid Driving License.
• Must possess at least SPM/ SPMV or equivalent.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia
