Part-Time Admin Assistant (Retail / E-commerce)
Working Hours: 9:00am – 6:00pm
Work Days: Mon - Thurs (Subject to change)
Salary: $10 - $12 per hour
Job Responsibilities
- Reply to customer enquiries via WhatsApp and online platforms
- Print Delivery Orders (DOs) and prepare daily order documents
- Arrange courier bookings and coordinate deliveries
- Assist with route planning for daily deliveries
- Receive and process orders accurately
- Prepare gift cards and order notes
- Handle other miscellaneous administrative duties
Requirements
- Basic computer skills (WhatsApp Web, printing, simple Excel)
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Prior admin or customer service experience is an advantage (training provided)
