Job Description
· Work with Technical in reviewing project specification and in preparing technical plan and quotations.
· Determine budget, schedule, manpower and material and equipment requirements to execute service and repair projects.
· Maintain quality assurance standards for all service and repair equipment.
· Attend to customer needs/enquiries and priorities
· Assist in developing and executing equipment service and repair
· Prepare documentations and conduct machine calibration/repair.
· Order and stock spare parts to avoid shortage
· Administration Jobs (PO, invoice, reports)
· Consignment Handling (domestic and overseas)
· Customer Service (CRM, inquiries and complaints)
· To assist in other ad hoc requests when required from time to time
Requirements
· Malaysian citizens only.
· Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or equivalent qualification in Business Administration or a related field.
· At least 1–2 years of administrative, clerical, or office support experience (fresh graduates may be considered).
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
· Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· High attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents and data.
· Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
· Professional attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to maintain confidentiality
