Job Description
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain and update employee records in digital and physical files.
Ensure proper documentation for hiring, promotions, terminations, and etc.
Create and maintain personnel files for new employees.
Assist HRBP in employee related matters
Employee Benefits
Maintain records of leave and overtime calculations.
Manage employee insurance and benefits enrolment and claims.
Leave & Attendance Management
Address employee inquiries regarding leave policies and entitlements.
Ensure compliance with the Employment Act 1955 regarding leave and work hours.
Compliance & Industrial Relations
Support in preparing HR related letters, documentations and executions.
Support internal review related to misconduct or grievances.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
0-1 year of HR experiences
Familiar with Malaysian labor laws and HR regulations.
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to maintain and comply with dedicated work ethics of confidentiality in handling all personal data.
