We are looking for a dedicated and professional Admissions & Inquiry Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing all incoming inquiries through calls, emails, chat, and social media to ensure every parent, client, or customer receives timely and accurate information.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls promptly and politely.
- Respond to online inquiries (WhatsApp, email, social media, etc.) within the required timeframe (5–10 minutes for chats, 24 hours for emails).
- Provide accurate information regarding programs, fees, promotions, and services.
- Record leads (name, contact number, inquiry details) in a tracking sheet or CRM system.
- Escalate complex or specific questions to the appropriate department (Principal, Manager, Therapist, etc.).
- Follow up with potential clients to support enrollment, bookings, or customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Prior customer service or inquiry-handling experience is an advantage.
- Ability to respond quickly and professionally in a fast-paced environment.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer and online communication skills (WhatsApp, email, Facebook/Instagram chat, etc.).

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
