岗位职责
· Able to lead, develop, motivate and manage the team members in delivering the excellent experience to our customers.
· Ensure continued compliance with all company policies and procedures (i.e.quality, service and cleanliness) by everyone in the outlet team.
· Increase outlet performance through sales building, expenditure evaluation and effective cost control measurement.
· Plan manpower, recruitment and identify training needs of the team members.
· Implement effective outlet administration, stock control measurement, security and safety measurement.
· Complete and review daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting timely.
· Clear and able to perform all team member duties, as part of monitoring of team member performance.
· Role model to staff and assist in training them on all staff functions.
· Understanding customer demands, be proactive and strike to upsell all food & beverage items.
· Constantly engage in conversation to obtain feedback from customers on the service standards and food quality.
· Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
