Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist to manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Display & Video 360 (DV360).
This role is ideal for digital advertising professionals with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying or ad operations, who are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge ad technology and data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional campaign performance. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers
Key Responsibilities
Programmatic Campaign Management
- Independently set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as Display & Video 360 (DV360)
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and client objectives
- Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
- Implement audience targeting strategies, bidding optimization, and creative rotation strategies
- Troubleshoot campaign setup, ad serving, and tracking issues
Client Communication & Reporting
- Collaborate with Customer Success and client-facing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop effective media strategies
- Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
- Participate in client meetings and act as a subject matter expert on programmatic advertising
Operational Excellence
- Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to established workflows and quality standards
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting
- Develop and maintain best practices, product documentation, and knowledge resources
Project Contribution
- Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives that contribute to business growth and innovation
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in DV360 programmatic media buying, ad operations, or similar trading roles
- Proven experience managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to achieve performance targets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and ad technology
- Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Mandarin and English proficiency required; Cantonese is an advantage.
Technical Skills
- Hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360)
Preferred Skills
- Experience with other DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk)
- Knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
