  • Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Performance Specialist to manage and optimize programmatic advertising campaigns, with a strong focus on Display & Video 360 (DV360).

This role is ideal for digital advertising professionals with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in programmatic media buying or ad operations, who are passionate about leveraging cutting-edge ad technology and data-driven strategies to deliver exceptional campaign performance. We are looking for Mandarin-speaking candidates who will be serving Mandarin-speaking customers

Key Responsibilities

Programmatic Campaign Management

  • Independently set up, launch, and manage programmatic campaigns on platforms such as Display & Video 360 (DV360)
  • Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve KPIs and client objectives
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations
  • Implement audience targeting strategies, bidding optimization, and creative rotation strategies
  • Troubleshoot campaign setup, ad serving, and tracking issues

Client Communication & Reporting

  • Collaborate with Customer Success and client-facing teams to understand campaign objectives and develop effective media strategies
  • Prepare and present performance reports, highlighting trends, insights, and recommendations
  • Participate in client meetings and act as a subject matter expert on programmatic advertising

Operational Excellence

  • Maintain accurate campaign records and documentation
  • Ensure adherence to established workflows and quality standards
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and reporting
  • Develop and maintain best practices, product documentation, and knowledge resources

Project Contribution

  • Participate in ad-hoc projects and internal initiatives that contribute to business growth and innovation

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in DV360 programmatic media buying, ad operations, or similar trading roles
  • Proven experience managing and optimizing programmatic campaigns to achieve performance targets
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem and ad technology
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, curious, and self-driven
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Mandarin and English proficiency required; Cantonese is an advantage.

Technical Skills

  • Hands-on experience with Display & Video 360 (DV360)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with other DSP platforms (e.g., The Trade Desk)
  • Knowledge of Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
  • Experience with Google Analytics (GA) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
