Position: Human Resources Analytics Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in building and maintaining HR dashboards using Excel and Power BI.
• Support data cleaning, validation, and structuring of HR datasets.
• Contribute to reporting of key HR metrics including: Headcount & workforce distribution, Recruitment funnel performance, Turnover and retention trends, Attendance and engagement patterns
• Assist in automating reporting processes using Excel functions (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Support preparation of monthly HR and operations performance reports.
• Contribute to data-driven insights for workforce planning and operational improvement

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens currently enrolled as full-time students at a recognised tertiary institution (in Malaysia or abroad), and completing their internship in Malaysia.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree students are preferred).
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred).
• Must be able to complete the internship before the end of their academic programme.
