Position: Human Resources Operations Intern

Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee documentation within the BambooHR platform.
• Support attendance monitoring and track employees’ MC patterns on a weekly basis.
• Updating weekly attendance & Public Holidays updates.
• Coordinate birthday and work anniversary wishes for remote consultants and employees.
• Assist the HR Generalist with monthly LHDN Stamp Duty submissions and updates.
• Prepare welcome kits and onboarding materials for new hires.
• Prepare offboarding documents and forms during employee exit processes.
• Support team building activities, company events, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide assistance on ad hoc HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements:

• Malaysian citizens currently enrolled as full-time students at a recognised tertiary institution (in Malaysia or abroad), and completing their internship in Malaysia.
• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree (Bachelor’s Degree students are preferred).
• Able to commit to a minimum internship duration of 3 months (6 months is highly preferred).
• Must be able to complete the internship before the end of their academic programme.
