Purpose of Role
To provide dedicated onsite technical support at the Client's Head Office, ensuring efficient operation, maintenance, and support of all systems and infrastructure under the contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily onsite technical support services.
- Monitor system health and operational performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical incidents.
- Perform system maintenance and upgrades.
- Coordinate with branch personnel and vendors.
- Assist in system testing, deployment, and implementation activities.
- Maintain technical documentation and service reports.
- Support users during operational and critical business periods.
Minimum Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in technical support, maintenance, or system administration.
