- Provide client support via tickets, email, and phone within defined SLAs.
- Diagnose application, server, network, and database issues, escalating when needed.
- Monitor issues until resolution and update clients and internal stakeholders.
- Handle monitoring, log reviews, backup verifications, patching, and certificate renewals.
- Conduct system health checks and maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Support system deployments, upgrades, and post-go-live stabilization.
- Coordinate configuration changes, DNS, firewalls, and integrations with clients' IT teams.
- Plan and conduct system training sessions, walkthroughs, and refresher courses for client staff.
- Develop training guides, quick-reference sheets, and video tutorials.
- Assess trainee understanding and provide post-training and new staff onboarding support.
- Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and incident reports.
- Document training sessions, attendees, and topics for project handover and compliance.
- Participate in scheduled on-call support rotations as required.

- Working knowledge of Linux server administration
- Familiarity with web servers (Apache2, Nginx) and databases (MySQL/MariaDB).
- Experience with any library management systems and repository systems such as Koha, Dspace, Eprints and etc.
- Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
- 1–3 years’ experience in technical support, system administration, or a similar role.
