Job descriptions :

• Monitor and analyst quality metrics, including defects rates, customer complaints and non-conformance reports to identify trends and implement appropriate actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, production and supply chain, to establish quality standards and resolves quality related issued.
• Conduct regular audits and inspection to access product quality, ensure production always follow SOP/SIP and identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments to evaluate their ability to meet quality requirements and drive supplier quality continuous improvement.
• Responsible for incoming material inspection and abnormality handling with follow-up improvement.
• Monitor and optimize manufacturing processes for continuous improvement to reduce defects.
• Ensure compliance with relevant industry regulations, quality standards and certifications.
• Oversee the calibration and maintenance of quality inspection equipment and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required, Bachelor degree in Engineering preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of working experience in related field.
• Able to lead a team of QA Inspectors, leaders, supervisor to achieve comp objectives.
• Knowledge in products inspection and testing.
• Language proficiency : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
