Purpose of Role

To supervise technical support personnel, coordinate service delivery activities, and ensure timely resolution of incidents and maintenance requests.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise support personnel.
• Review incident trends and root causes.
• Coordinate escalations and technical resources.
• Ensure SLA compliance.
• Support the Project Manager in operational reporting.
• Conduct technical reviews and quality assurance activities.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree/Diploma in IT or Engineering.
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience.

Required Skills

• Technical leadership.
• Service management.
• Incident and problem management.
• Team coordination.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM7,500.00 - RM8,500.00 per month
