Scope of works -

Project execution matters from contract award to final delivery, ensuring compliance with order scope and project specifications.

Plan and oversee execution across engineering, procurement, fabrication and delivery.

Manage and process all documents listed in VDML until final documentation stage.

Drive project activities by initiating, checking, confirming, deciding, instructing, expediting, and following up.

Handle technical and commercial reviews/clarifications with internal departments, suppliers, and local/international customers.

Plan, monitor, and track project schedules, documentation, purchasing, quality, shipping, invoicing, and cost control.

Prepare and update progress/status reports as required.

Manage customer complaints, deviations, and claim handling when necessary.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
