BECKHOFF AUTOMATION

RESPONSIBILITIES

Finance Function

  • Handle full set accounting including payables / receivables & bank reconciliation
  • Process employee expense claims and ensure proper documentation and accurate record keeping
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Coordinate with external auditors, tax agents and ensure compliance with local statutory requirement

Admin Function

  • Establish, organize, and maintain a structured and efficient filing system for all administrative documents
  • Maintain office administration, contracts, and procurement records
  • Oversee day‑to‑day office administration, including office supplies, facility maintenance, and coordination with service vendors
  • Manage front‑desk duties such as handling incoming calls, receiving visitors
  • Assist in internal meetings / events coordination
  • Assist superior in any finance and admin functions

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma / Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • 0-2 years of experience in Finance / Admin, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong Excel skills; ERP experience is a plus
  • Good communication skills and high attention to detail
  • Able to work independently and handle multitasking
  • Financial accuracy & analytical ability
  • Professionalism & confidentiality

Pay: From RM3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Finance : 1 year (Preferred)
  • Accounting : 1 year (Preferred)
