Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervising Production Staff includes assigning tasks, managing schedules, providing training, and addressing performance issues.
2. Monitoring Production Processes by ensuring that production runs smoothly, identifying and resolving any bottlenecks or issues that may arise.
3. Quality Control by enforcing quality standards, inspecting products, and ensuring that they meet company specifications.
4. Safety Compliance to ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that the workplace is safe for all employees.
5. Resource Management to ensure that the necessary materials and equipment are available and in good working order.
6. Reporting by preparing reports on production performance, identifying areas for improvement, and communicating with management.
7. Process Improvement by identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance the overall production process.

8. Oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and adherence to safety standards.
9. Manage and motivate production staff, monitor workflow, and address any issues that arise during the production process.
10. Responsible for meeting production targets and maintaining a smooth, safe, and cost-effective production environment.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
