Grow Strategic Customer Accounts and Drive Digital Transformation with SRKK


SRKK Group is a leading end-to-end digital transformation consultancy with strong presence in Malaysia and Singapore. As a Microsoft Gold Partner, we support organizations in modernizing their applications, infrastructure, data, and workplace using Azure, AI, SharePoint, and Power Platform.


To strengthen our customer success engine, we are hiring a Sales Specialist. This role exists to generate and qualify leads through proactive outreach, while supporting the sales team by scheduling meetings and maintaining a strong pipeline. The role requires effective client engagement, cross-functional collaboration, and consistent achievement of lead generation and sales support KPIs.


You will be the trusted advisor for your customers—aligning SRKK’s capabilities with their business outcomes, maintaining strong relationships, and uncovering new growth opportunities. What You’ll DoLead Generation
  • Proactively identify and prospect potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, and social outreach channels (e.g., LinkedIn).
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospects aligned with target customer profiles.
Appointment Setting
  • Schedule meetings, product demos, or discovery sessions for the sales team with qualified prospects.
  • Ensure clear and structured handover of lead information, including client requirements and context.
Pipeline Management
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and activities within the CRM system.
  • Track lead progression and sales activities to ensure visibility and reporting accuracy.
Client Engagement
  • Conduct timely follow-ups with prospects to nurture relationships and maintain engagement.
  • Understand client needs, pain points, and priorities to position relevant solutions.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Work closely with marketing teams to align on campaigns, messaging, and lead generation strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimize outreach approaches and conversion tactics.


Who You Are
  • Demonstrated success in business development, sales, or a related role, with measurable achievements in lead generation or pipeline creation.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
  • Organized, driven, and confident in handling multiple accounts concurrently.
  • Customer‑focused, proactive, and growth‑oriented — humble, hungry, smart.
  • Prior experience in the IT industry or technology-related sales environment is preferred.
