Job Summary

To be responsible for the daily sales support and operations functions

Job Responsibilities

To handle all internal and external customers’ queries and requests such as stock availability and costing.
To process all orders received from various Sales divisions.
To generate invoices and delivery notes with high level of accuracy.
To liaise with warehouse on delivery requests.
To investigate invoice claims and prepare credit notes as and when applicable.
To manage any sales returns / repairs and issue credit notes as and when necessary.
To be responsible for custom clearance of all exports / imports.
To ensure accuracy of deliveries and the traceability of the deliveries.
To assist in perpetual inventory checks and to investigate any document discrepancies.
To ensure all stock movements are updated in ERP system.
To ensure compliance to the rules and regulations of all order processing.
To place orders for goods, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
To maintain accurate records of purchases, contracts, and inventory.
To monitor stock levels and reorder products as needed to prevent shortages.
To be responsible for preparing monthly / quarterly / yearly report(s).
