• Maximizing monthly collection and minimizing bad debts of the company.
• Ensure prompt collection of tenant’s monthly sales report and tenant audited report.
• Ensure the renewal Bank Guarantee by tenants before the commencement of tenancy.

• To execute any other job responsibilities as and when required by the superior or any other persons designated by the Company.

• Preferable month of July intake
• Possess own transport and willing to base in Putrajaya

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,500.00 per month
